Yamicia Connor, MD, PhD, MPH is an OB-GYN physician-scientist with a diverse training background in medicine, science, engineering, entrepreneurship, and public health. Dr. Connor is passionate about using innovation to improve women's lives and reduce health inequities. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Connor works as a Women's Health Consultant for GV (formally Google Ventures) and various other firms. Dr. Connor is also the co-founder of Race to Better Health, a non-profit, patient-centered, interdisciplinary organization dedicated to Engineering Health Equity. By combining clinical work with entrepreneurship, venture capital, and consulting, Dr. Connor can think deeply and creatively about diseases impacting women's health while also thinking deeply and creatively about healthcare delivery mechanisms.
