• MIPS Black History Month Essay Contest- Earned for writing an exemplary essay on the implications of music on Black culture and the contributions of Black artists in music today.
• Hispanic Recognition Award- I earned this honor because of my academic achievements in school and outstanding performance on the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, and/or AP Exams.

• CPR Certification- I earned this certification for my ability to perform a life-saving procedure on someone who cannot breathe on their own due to a near-drowning incident, suffocation, or a cardiac event.
