• Remember all of children's name in first three days, showing them respect.
• Listen to each child's life experience and their thoughts (when they were willing to share).
• Keep writing teaching dairy, reflect on importance of educational resource and what can decrease the gap between children in different areas.
• Language ExchangeCommunicate with college students In Japan and Korea and teach them English via zoom online. Share culture differences with people from different backgrounds. Teaching each other languages for improving proficiency. Making friends and improving communication skills. Learning what makes people different (such as characteristics, thoughts, and customs) based on getting to know education they received.
• Management skillOrganizing parties and meetup with local community and friends. Actively sharing ideas and advices in group projects when nobody speaks, always communicate with members to fix problems on time. Managing self-life properly, follow rules made by myself.
