  • Co-created a research-based innovation curriculum with Richard Braden (author of Innovation-ish, lecturer at Stanford and Harvard), who served as lead instructor for the pilot cohorts, drawing on a decade of applied innovation research with Fortune 100 companies.
  • Launched a venture-style summer innovation program that sold out prior to the start date across three cohorts, validating strong demand for entrepreneurship education for teens.
  • Delivered three in-person, two-week programs in Silicon Valley, serving 40 students in total, supported by guest and volunteer mentors from Google, Meta, Stanford, and startups, culminating in public Demo Days.
  • Built and onboarded a team of 10 instructors, and designed a Train-the-Trainer internal system to support paid instructor deployment and program scaling for Summer 2026.
