
As a package handler, I was highly productive, worked independently with sound judgment, and efficiently loaded and unloaded packages by hand. I have strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent physical stamina. Since 2021, I’ve worked remotely handling 50–150 calls daily. I began as a customer service representative assisting patients with insurance, benefits, provider searches, payment methods, address updates, and mailing information. In 2023, I moved to a pharmacy role, helping patients with specialty medication shipments, doctor updates, alternative options, and financial support. About a year later, I advanced to benefits verification, confirming insurance details, processing orders, and offering prescription assistance programs. Nearly a year ago, I transitioned to the assist line, where I guide coworkers in real time—providing direction and support when they encounter challenges on calls.
