I weight train 4 times a week to maintain my overall health while striving to reach my fitness goals. Growing up, I was always overweight which resulted in a series of struggles with my health issues. Fitness has become apart of my life that I physically, mentally, and emotionally attend to. I began working out in the comfort of my bedroom during COVID-19 and soon evolved into training at my college's gym and now at a private gym. To further my knowledge and experience, I came into contact with a Personal Trainer and have been since October 2023. Through each exercise, I push myself to become stronger and use my past self as a reference and not a comparison.
