Use rational function rather than traditional MSE to fit data: (expected to publish in 2022)
3 original ideas to improve the accuracy:
1) piecewise Remez algorithm
2) adapted differential correction algorithm to avoid overfitting
3) Bayesian inference to treat polynomials coefficients as parameters given number of functions much greater than parameters.
