Manage client and customer care daily, Laboratory inventory and machine care weekly

Conduct an Independent project on chicken embryo sex determination via primer design, PCR.

Perform laboratory techniques, including PCR, qRT-PCR, Western Blot, immunohistochemistry staining, immunofluorescent staining, and cryosectioning, DNA & RNA extraction and purification from tissue and parasite, cDNA Construction, Plasmid transformation.

Monitor infected chicken embryos and obtain different intact organs through careful dissection

Ability to participate in experiment design, modification, and results analysis on Plasmid construction, Primer design, and critical thinking.

Lead and Facilitate over 210 students developing study strategies and develop critical thinking skills
