Deliver and collect mail
CCAs deliver and collect mail on foot or by vehicle along a set route, and ensure mail is not lost or damaged. They also collect outgoing mail and return it for sorting and delivery
Customer service
CCAs provide postal services to customers, such as selling postage, providing change of address forms, and answering questions
Maintain route
CCAs maintain their route even in bad weather, and ensure mail is delivered on time
Follow procedures

Drive
