• The project is a mixed-use tower, including a basement, commercial podium, office, service apartment, and hotel. The size is 390 thousand square meters, 530 meters high, and is a structural steel (steel pipe) concrete frame with reinforced concrete shear-wall structure.

• Streamlined and planned the whole design process, communicated with clients, and got feedback on the customers’ needs. Held design progress and regular status meetings with the project team. Supervised the design work and ensured it met the codes and local principles of design requests.

• The project includes an office tower and an apartment with a commercial podium. The size is 160 thousand square meters, 169 meters high, and is a frame core-tube structure.
