I am a responsible multi-functional employee with extensive customer service experience. I enjoy working with people. I am a good team player who can bring people together as one. I have already worked part-time in the hotel and restaurant industry while studying at university. From experience, what my supervisors said about me: Hardworking, communicative, reliable employee who is not afraid of responsibility and new responsibilities.
I got the experience of working as a warehouse worker quite by chance due to moving because of the war. Despite having a completely different specialty and zero experience, I approached every task responsibly and performed it to the best of my ability. During my time working there I learned Polish, which together with my communication and leadership skills gave me the opportunity to work as a Team Leader.
My duties included:
- Resolve issues within the team and motivate employees
- Translate and explain tasks from English to Polish to people
- Checking and correcting errors in the system
- To be a liaison between management and employees.
I started working as a sales consultant, having finished working in the actual position of assistant manager. I was carried out work directly on consulting clients and assistance in choosing the best solution to their needs. Was engaged in an inventory of goods with subsequent analysis and purchase of what was necessary. I was a financially responsible person in responsibly fulfilling his obligations. I have trained new employees and managed a small team under my leadership.
I worked in Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport. The actual position was a waiter but i did all sorts of work like setting up conference rooms before and after events, as well as positions bartender and barista. I has proven myself well. I did my internship at this hotel very effectively, for what i received a letter of recommendation signed by the hotel director about the success of all tasks and subsequent recommendation for another job in this area.
