Job Description

  • Assist consumers, as needed, in skill development, activities of daily living, personal care, domestic living, recreation and socialization
  • Ensure assigned clients’ nutritional needs; assisting with feeding as necessary
  • Assist consumers in nutritional planning, grocery shopping and preparation of all meals.
  • Collaborate on the development/implementation of consumers’ Individual Service plans (ISP). Train and support consumers in all areas of their ISP.
  • Assist with medication administration.
  • Train and support consumers in the community including: social, recreational, cultural, religion and education networks.
