Work History

7th Cohort Member

United Way Youth Institute
09.2022 - 06.2023

As a 2022-2023 Youth Institute Fellow, I immersed myself in a year-long program focused on community engagement and leadership. Through workshops, a challenging ropes course, and a week in Washington, D.C., I honed my skills and engaged with various aspects of community development. I volunteered with older adults, collaborated with a prestigious law firm, and participated in financial simulations with Regions Bank. The highlight was leading two impactful service-learning projects on environmentalism and sustainability, including the creation of the first-ever Green Wall with The Underline in Miami. These experiences solidified my commitment to community impact and my aspiration to be a future influential leader for the next generation.
