Yasmin Brooks

Currently I am taking a HR Data Analytics Consulting/internship working with the Council of State Government in lexington Kentucky. CSG desires to eliminate processes that require significant manual data collection, entry, and manipulation to monitor racial and gender demographics in its population as well as in its hiring and voluntary turnover. My team is to reviewed the work processes and will develop an analytical database to collect demographic information for Presentations, Management Dashboards, and KPI tracking. Our goal is to extracted data to deliver relevant information in a graphic manner.

I'm a highly motivated that love working with people. I've worked in many different positions from a support specialist to an sales associate. I worked with many people from different age groups vary from 6 years olds through 80. Through out all my jobs my goal i was to be able to put smiles on my face, customer and coworkers face.
