• Checking vital signs; collect specimens ensuring proper documentation and delivery
• Assist nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams with patient care activities to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Provide physical assistance to patients with daily activities such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, and exercising
• Keep the nursing home facility's quality, safety, and organization up to date

• Assisted patients with dressing, grooming, and feeding requirements, assisting them in overcoming and adapting to mobility limitations
• Take vital signs and record them
• Nutrition, range of motion, and medication reminders are some of the things I help with
• Accurately entered data into charts and log books to document clients' progress
