I am a dedicated and experienced military soldier with a diverse background, having served as a Bridge Crewmember (MOS 12C) and an Indirect Fire Infantryman (MOS 11C) in the United States Army. I am proud to be the first woman in the Puerto Rico Army National Guard to achieve this title and rank among the top 5 in the United States. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resources.
In my role within the Department of Defense, I specialize in soldier operations and documentation, playing a key role in supporting NCO leaders by facilitating clear communication and addressing soldier concerns and queries. I manage and organize various documents, including files, memos, and notes, ensuring all communications are carried out efficiently. As a leader, I am responsible for interpreting and applying Army Regulations and have extensive experience with the Human Resources System in Planning and Development. My expertise lies in resolving complex issues while maintaining operational efficiency and fostering strong teamwork.
