Provided information and referrals to services available in the community to victims.
Turned in reports to the sexual assault office.
Responded when asked by law enforcement or medical personnel.
Advocated on behalf of victims during interviews and court proceedings.
Coordinate services for victims.
Offer information and support to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and non offending parents in child abuse cases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Assess for levels of danger and develop safety plans that fit the needs of the victims.
Liaison with Command, and Law Enforcement on behalf of victims.
Provide support during law enforcement interviews, medical appointments as well as court proceedings.
Developed and maintain the Standard Operating Procedure for Victim Advocacy under the Family Advocacy Program.
Trained staff members, volunteers, law enforcement and numerous agencies aboard the base and in the civilian community.
Maintain monthly statistics, and conduct briefs.
