  • Tooling Audit Documents- Prepared tracking document that contains all the documents needed for team to invoice customer for tooling. Documents included Purchase order, Proof of purchase, Purchase amount, etc
  • RFQ Documentation- Created folders for sales community for RFQ’s. Populated folders with documents that include data on finance, R&D, and bill of materials expenses. Project also contains details on pricing breakdown sheets, quote letters, and quote submissions as well. Facilitated sales team access to quote history and documented communication with the customer.
  • EDI releases and MPW Suggestions- Responsible for updating the team with weekly EDI releases from the customer updated document with actual shipping information. Responsible for involving team in a weekly meeting. Highlighted where customer quantity exceeded actual maximum capacity then created an MPW (Maximum per week) excel file and submitted to the plant team for leveling production weekly quantity.
