• Coordinated shipping requests for expedited delivery and documented accurately to achieve correct billing.

• Managed product import and export customs clearance and shipping process.
• Being liaison between supplier and factory, including ensure amount of raw materials are accurate.
• Successfully helped company to expand market to China and East Malaysia by targeting to potential customers.
