  • Due to my managing position I perform dealer trades or B2B trades amongst other dealers. I negotiate the various factors that play into the vehicles that best fit our dealership’s needs.
  • My job consists of training new employees and showing them how to enter data into Eleads/CDK Global.
  • I’ve learned to wear many hats since I’ve been at Woody’s. Since I’ve started I’ve been the top salesman and have continuously looked for opportunities to move up such as my title now as Sales Manager.
  • I’ve worked very closely with Finance Managers and learned how to structure and send in deals.
  • Helping out in finance, I keep up relations with banks and meet with dealer reps about their new tools/guidelines.
  • I market new deals/sales that we have going on within the dealership to bring new business on our social media.
  • As a Sales Manager I’m obligated to close challenging customers.
  • I excel in listening to my customers while they’re expressing which one of our products interests them the most and then matching them.
  • Knowing my product and workers is one of the more important aspects of my job.

Due to my F&I Manager knowing the Regional Manager within the GA territory I was able to experience some of what it means to be a Dealer Account Manager. I was responsible for managing and consulting with my current dealers on our evolving products, while maintaining the quality of our relationship. I was also responsible for opening and establishing new contacts. The bank pulled out of Georgia so I went back to the dealership where I am currently employed.
