Summary

Since Cyclone Nargis has devastated Myanmar in May 2008, Ye Kyaw Thu have an opportunity to work with local NGO, which worked for Cyclone Nargis rehabilitation projects in cyclone effected townships in Irrawaddy and Yangon Regions and he have been worked for various projects like community based disaster risk management, organizational development, governance, human rights, program and project management projects where he has learnt a lot of knowledge of local context engaging with government departments, communities, partners, stakeholders and the experts. Thus, he has been gradually developed his skills to reach mid-level management role in working with different organizations and he is always looking for the new challenges and opportunity to grow together in business and public sectors.
