• Searched for missing products and processed them through slam lines
• Participated in all functions of PS including: collecting, packing, check ins, operating jackpot and main jackpot.

• Manage multiple slam lines when needed without issue.
• Maintain movement of the line to keep workflow from stalling and piling up.
• Accurately inspect shipments to make sure the right item and amount of items are being shipped to customers.
• Assisted in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, reducing response time for repairs.
• Assisted in training new operators, sharing knowledge of best practices to help them.

Jam Clear

• Watch over ship sorter and slam lines for any jams that would impede workflow.
• Safely and promptly clear any jams.

• Actively coach under-performing AAs on correct pack procedures.
• Staff AAs to the proper direct and indirect roles.

• Troubleshoot issues AAs may experience throughout the shift.
