The National Hispanic Institute (NHI) is a distinguished non-profit organization focused on empowering Hispanic and Latino youth through leadership development and cultural enrichment programs. As a selected participant in NHI's exclusive opportunity, I underwent comprehensive training that included public speaking skills, fostering cultural awareness, and engaging in the democratic process by representing the House of Representatives. This experience has nurtured my confidence in addressing crowds, embracing diversity, and instilled a deep sense of pride in advocating for the Hispanic and Latino community, making it a transformative and enriching chapter in my personal and professional journey.
