Overseeing the day to day activities from Time & Attendance

  • Ensuring accurate & Timely processing payroll for all employees
  • Communication effectively & appropriate across the organization
  • Run time punch report for each department and send to each department supervisor or manager
  • Make correction, adjustment for missing or adjusting time punches and communicate with supervisor
  • Add hours to Time & Attendance from Time off request form and add Sick & Vacation to pay hours
  • Keep track of Sick & Vacation hours record
  • Match time punch report & Field timesheet to check if there's any hours overlap and if there's any over time occurs
  • Approve the hours before transfer
  • Transfer time punch hours and import to payroll

  • Follow up with all 401K requests from employee with e-mails and calls, send out form, process withdrawals, transfer fund, new enrollment, change in contribution, loans
  • Make pay rate changes from supervisors, calculate retro pay
