I currently work as part of the QA team at UPEX, assigned to a project for an e-commerce platform developed for an external client. Unlike previous roles, here I'm fully integrated into a complete Scrum team that includes developers, product analysts, a Scrum Master, and fellow testers. Project: E-commerce Platform (External client)

My main responsibility is to ensure the product’s functional quality by planning, executing, and tracking manual tests. I use Xray for test management and Jira to track issues and sprint progress. The project’s goal is to deliver a seamless, reliable online shopping experience.

While working on the uTest platform, I participated in a dedicated project for an external online store, collaborating directly with the client and developer. There was no formal QA team, so I took full responsibility for the testing process, offering a critical view of the user experience.

I was assigned as a QA Analyst to a banking sector client, joining a Scrum team focused on validating backend systems, batch processes, and web services. This experience strengthened my analytical skills in highly regulated, error-sensitive environments like financial services.

My role involved ensuring software quality from backend logic to data accuracy, working closely with developers and fellow QA analysts.

For two years, I worked as part of the internal QA and operations support team at a private security company. My main goal was to ensure the functionality and reliability of two key platforms: one for workforce management and another for patrol monitoring. This role allowed me to apply both technical and operational insights in a real-world, mission-driven environment.

Project 1: HR & Time Management System, I helped validate a system that managed employee data, working hours, absences, vacation tracking, and payroll calculations. My role was to ensure data integrity and support accurate daily operations.

Project 2: Patrol Monitoring System, I collaborated in the testing of a platform used by security guards to log patrols using electronic checkpoints. I made sure the coverage and real-time location tracking were consistent and reliable.
