As the communication professional, I’m the go-to person for complex issues and projects, solutions and process improvement.   • I supported the acquisition office of HQ, a federal program management office, assisting leadership and other contracting staff with ad hoc administrative requests. As the Facilitator of the in and out process of all contracting personnel, I’ve led 3 contracting teams throughout the CAC renewal process, onboarding of new hires, and off-boarding of contractors. I’ve also managed the in-processing of 14 new positions in accordance with a recent contract win/split of the Acquisition Project Support Small Business Contract. I manage weekly, biweekly and monthly reports to internal and external government leadership as well as handle procurement of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) property book inventory and accountability. . I track the training and training systems for Civilians and Contractors and am the primary POC for official Army and taskers. Of course, I'm the travel arranger of the Civilian travelers in the office, using the Defense Travel System and SATO World Travel. I'm consistently reviewing existing processes, offering solutions for streamlining and improvement. With the addition of the new small business contract, I am overseeing the training of the new administrative assistant. With all that is being achieved, I simultaneously and successfully coordinated the first company picnic.

  • I created the new department and role of Evidence Management, which every forensic consulting office was required to have. I gathered all the evidence collected by the forensic mechanical engineers, fire and civil consultants and created the storage system. I created the SOP for the newly created position, outlining how to log, bill and safely store evidence for future evidence managers for the company.
    As receptionist, I took control of the front desk taking in and processing new assignments using the Salesforce software. I sent out/received mail, coordinated office lunches, recorded the minutes to meetings, and took on heavy scanning projects (primarily court depositions, settlement agreements and other court documents), and reviewed invoices. I proofread engineer reports, formatting them according to company standards.
