• Develop and execute strategies to enhance enrollment, student satisfaction, and overall center performance.

2. Curriculum Development

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum aligned with industry standards and catering to the diverse needs of students in collaboration with the Academic Department.
• Ensure that the curriculum is engaging, challenging, and prepares students for real-world language proficiency.

3. Staff Recruitment and Training

• Attract and hire highly qualified instructors and staff to join the Universal Language Center team.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and industry trends.

4. Financial Management

• Oversee the center's finances, including budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control.
• Analyze financial data to make informed financial decisions.

5. Marketing and Promotion

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the center and attract new students in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
• Maintain relationships with existing students, alumni, and partners to foster brand loyalty and referrals.

6. Student Services

• Ensure students receive high-quality support services throughout their language-learning journey.
• In certain cases, address students' concerns, provide academic guidance, and coordinate extracurricular activities to enhance their overall learning experience.

7. Facility Management

• Ensure that the center's facilities are well-maintained and conducive to effective language learning, including:
• Overseeing facility operations,
• Organizing repairs and maintenance, and
• Ensuring that all necessary equipment and resources are available.

8. Networking and Collaboration

• Actively participate in industry events.
• Foster partnerships with educational institutions and organizations.
• Explore opportunities for collaboration and joint programs to enhance the center's reputation and provide additional learning opportunities for students.

9. Teaching and delivering lessons

• Develope innovative lesson plans to engage students in English language learning.
• Utilize multimedia strategies and technology to convey information in fresh and interesting ways.
• Support student skill development in alignment with personal and academic goals.
• Assist with student organization events to promote student engagement.
• Advise students and provided guidance on academic progress.
• Provide grades and progress reports to evaluate student learning needs.
