  • Worked as 2nd shift maintenance technician.
  • Performed preventative maintenance on lines and mobile machines.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may occur to equipment and fix issues as needed.
  • Change line machine dyes dependent on the work order.
  • Set up any equipment that may be added to lines based on work orders.
  • Remove and disassemble equipment as needed after use or at end of shift.

  • Preventative Maintenance Technician job was created so didn't have to do PM's anymore but as lead, helped technicians in any job that they didn't understand or needed an extra set of hands.
  • As weekend shift, less production was ran so we had bigger projects that could not be done during the week.
  • Weekly weekend shift tasks consisting of removing line conveyor belts and bearings for weekly cleaning.
  • Reinstalling conveyor belts and bearings after cleaning.
