Here At Electrolux I tested products before being sent to the store, I used different kinds of codes and the material given to me to make sure the customer was getting the correct product and that all was working before shipped out.

I also helped fixed any kinds of discrepancies, damages or any of that sort.

In this position I focused sending emails, communicating with our clients and customers and getting them the satisfaction they needed.

I started off as a CSR before going into QCA.

This job taught me communication skills, problem solving skills.
