• Provide support in the delivery of correspondence and transportation of personnel.
• Assist and perform spray baths for patients.
• Provide patients with necessary materials and equipment for general hygiene.
• Ensure the cleanliness, order, and safety of the patient’s unit and surroundings.
• Facilitate the use of wheelchairs or other necessary implements for patients.
• Assist patients with hygienic care according to their age, condition, and needs.
• Assist in hair arrangement and beard shaving, with prior authorization.
• Care for patients with multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s, senile dementia, administer medications, perform passive massages as guided by therapeutic recommendations, cognitive therapies, and accompany patients to appointments with family members.
• Receive and dispatch product orders or deliveries.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance.
• Use radios, phones, or computers to dispatch personnel, vehicles, or field units to appropriate locations and provide information to field units regarding orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
• Identify new potential customers and maintain excellent relationships with current customers.
• Have a solid knowledge of products and customer service aspects.
• Maintain an inventory of high-demand products.
• Build customer loyalty, encouraging them to prefer our products over the competition.
• Improve sales strategies by adapting to the market and customer needs to increase transaction numbers.
• Prepare and dispatch merchandise.
