During the MLT program, I was sent to multiple clinical sites to do rotations which involved some of the following tasks:

• Conducted routine laboratory tests to analyze samples and support diagnosis.
• Analyzed and interpreted data, accurately identifying and reporting laboratory results.
• Operated and maintained laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Prepared reagents and solutions, making readily available during testing for convenience.
• Monitored inventory levels of supplies, ensuring availability for testing needs.

• Collected blood samples in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulations.

• Demonstrated flexibility working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Worked closely with lab staff on special projects.

• Worked well with coworkers to carry out daily assignments
• Great bedside manner and ability to connect with patients

• Completed proper sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas between patients.
• Labeled transfer tubes and followed exact directions for handling and storing specimens for transport.
• Used personal protective equipment correctly to protect coworkers and patients.
