Job overview

  • Serve as Maintenance department primary contact for staff and outside vendors/organizations
  • Initiate contact with new and existing vendors to obtain quotes for parts and services, with consideration of cost, time, and urgency of materials requested
  • Create purchase orders and track receipt of product and/or services
  • Generate weekly work orders and assign accordingly to technicians based on work schedules(internally)
