I am currently a valuable Team member to Toyota Motor Manufacturing,I train new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements that need to be followed while working. I also enhanced team productivity by effectively collaborating with colleagues on tasks and responsibilities.

At the HEB Meat plant i would keep work areas clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and team safety. I also learned all required tasks quickly to maximize performance. I worked different stations to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals, I also contributed to team success by completing jobs quickly and accurately.

As a valuable Team Member I handled cash transactions and point-of-sale operations to assist dining room staff during busy service periods. I also prepared and served various food and drink items to customer specifications in fast-paced environments. I cross-trained in other kitchen positions to support staff and meet customer needs and demands.

I assisted in the onboarding of new team members by providing guidance, support, and training resources to ensure a smooth transition into the work environment. I exceeded performance goals through diligent task completion, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through on assignments.
