Having initials from each person that completed each task in the unit and consisted of having my initials on the control plans when I checked that each procedure was done properly
Checked serial numbers and order numbers were written down correctly on the paperwork
Units were checked for damages when we received them to let the customers know that the damage was due to shipping and not production

Checked for panels to be smooth and not to have bumps or dents
I made sure that the coils of the AC units were completely coated and didn’t show any missed spots

I was responsible for checking dental products for damage, illegible labels, and correct serial numbers on paperwork
Product had to be sealed properly, no scratches, correct expiration date, missing parts, or debris inside packaging
Also verified that labels were in good condition with no rips, smudges, missing any label specifications, lines or blurred out words or letters in the label

I made sure that the paperwork for RMA’s were correct and if there were any errors from customer service or quality assurance, I would email them or call them to make sure that paperwork needed to be corrected or if they needed to change some information in the system
Verified that paperwork for production was correct, labels were checked before adding them to our products, and that serial numbers were verified with the order number
I made sure our procedures on paperwork were up to date and if they weren’t, this was notified to quality assurance to make the changes
