I have been working in the medical field for over 10 years and have provided exceptional patient-centered care to civilians, active duty personnel, retirees, and dependents. As a servant, I have developed strong transformational leadership skills that enable me to lead and build teams, communicate effectively, and navigate various barriers in our healthcare systems. I am a culturally competent provider who views every challenge as an opportunity for growth. Moreover, I am bilingual and an excellent communicator. As a soldier, I have acquired traits such as resilience, self-awareness, and teamwork. I am capable of working independently with sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, and I have a strong commitment to quality and standards. Finally, I am passionate about teaching and mentoring those who will follow in our footsteps, as I believe that this is key to the future success of our profession.
