Promptly removing all items at the end of shift

Responsible for cleaning front and back of house to include washing dishes, all appliances used, polishing of china and silverware, disposal of garbage, sweeping and mopping

Also responsible for writing down any items needed for the manager to order from distributor

Most important - making sure all my guests had an enjoyable experience as coffee/ breakfast is the most important start to our day, after a good night's sleep

• Assisted with closing duties such as restocking supplies, wiping down surfaces.
• Cleared away used plates and utensils following end of meal service.
• Replenished buffet lines with fresh foods as needed.
• Changed table settings between courses as necessary.
• Provided excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Greeted guests upon arrival and provided assistance throughout the event.
• Maintained cleanliness of work area throughout shift including tables, chairs and floors.
• Set up for parties and functions to include creating buffet, ex. using elevations and props
