My name is Yichen Liu, and I'm a JMU student from China, currently majoring in Hospitality Management BS, and this is my second semester at JMU as an undergraduate. Though I have no previous formal job experience in food industry, I believe I will be a good addition to your team serving this position for the following reasons. First, I'm very sacrificial in terms of working, and all the time I view my job as the top priority among anything else, so nothing is more important than getting my work done on time. Secondly, I always pay great attention to details, therefore I make less mistakes. Lastly, besides taking care of details, I pay attention to the overall progress of work too, which I believe has way more significance than the detail; therefore, tasks can be finished in a timely manner. Overall speaking, I believe I’m a really organized person in terms of dealing with different and even complicated jobs that may require multi-tasking skills. In addition, though my native language is Chinese, I speak fluent English and certainly there is no language barrier at all when communicating with coworkers and leaders.
