I have nearly two months of experience here, which has taught me a lot about front desk reception. It also allows me to exercise my ability to communicate with customers. Responsible for receiving customers, processing orders, and providing dessert and drink recommendations. Ensure the store is clean and keep the dessert display area attractive. Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in daily inventory management to ensure sufficient materials and supplies.

I have nearly three years of teaching experience, during which I tutored primary school students with homework and taught them English. I organized and implemented extracurricular tutoring courses to help primary school students improve their math and English skills. I communicated with parents and provided feedback and suggestions on students' learning progress. I developed students' self-confidence and social skills through group discussions and team activities.
