This is my tenth year of contribution to the semiconductor industry, learning new lithography technologies from N45 to N4. I regularly accept assignments from the company to learn new technologies and expand company contacts. In the past ten years, I have learned a lot about cross-department communication and cooperation. I also helped the company train new engineers or assistant engineers, and even helped the company train foreign engineers to help foreign engineers understand the company's operating model and cultural conflicts. In terms of language, in order to make my English improve faster and more efficient, I resigned from the company for a gap year in 2018 and went to a language school in New Zealand for nearly half a year to integrate myself into an English-speaking environment and challenge my adaptability to living abroad for a long time. I am also ready to meet different challenges, learn more skills by constantly challenging yourself, and look forward to challenging myself to cross out the comfort zone.
