Well, summarizing my skills for this job, I feel that I am prepared to face almost all types of situations with patients or clients, to provide them with a pleasant experience and to make their time at the center more satisfactory. Within my work experience, it is worth highlighting that I worked as a receptionist before Norton, even in an emergency center where I constantly had difficult situations, this makes me feel a little more prepared for the position and even so I am willing to improve and listen perfectly to criticism and advice when it comes to training and in the work routine, I love working as a team and I feel that it would be very good for me to learn new aspects and cover new topics such as aesthetics and beauty.
Well, as a host, I had very good opportunities to work closely with customers, since I took calls and greeted them at the entrance of the establishment. This helped me a lot since I developed the ability to speak and know how to help customers in different situations and learn how to handle them. As a waitress, direct communication with people has become easier and more common for me, since I am constantly taking orders and trying to ensure that customers have a satisfactory experience.
