Dear Mrs. Ryan:
I am ready to develop my skills in the civilian sector after 3 years of service in the Army as a soldier. I see your company’s recruitment information in Indeer, and I hope I can get the chance to develop myself when being in the position of HR administration assistant with Select - EmployBridge Company. I have learned how to get along with people and build communication when working in groups from my military experience. I have made the connection between military personnel and civilian contractors successfully to keep pushing the task forward when it slowed down because of the lack of communication that I saw. I understood how to take responsibility for my past tasks that needed to manage over 10,000 gallons of fuel. I am proud of what I have done in the military and have been recognized as “an excellent soldier with good behavior.” I can speak Mandarin and Cantonese except English, and I am graduating in next May with my bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development. I hope I could get a chance to meet you in person and see how I might with Select - EmployBridge Company as an HR administration assistant To contribute my education and skills in the position of HR administration assistant.
