- Use all-atom and coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulation to understand the structure and mechanism of TMEM16 scramblases and ion channels, and their interactions with membrane environment.

-Used a combination of biochemical assays, fluorescence spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulation to study the role of ATP binding and hydrolysis in the DNA clamp loading functional cycle.
