I work in this company as a superintendent ,leading comercial projects such as multifamilies and midrisers buildings . My responsability during this 7 years was managing dayli operations and ensuring work progresses as planed .Also i was coordinated activities between different trades and subcontractors ,my project team to ensure a smooth workflow area. From this time i learn strong leadership skills, communication, attention to details,hability to manage multiple task and prioritize the company primary goals wich is essencial in construction .

• The first two years in this company i work as a carpenter getting skills on this construction trade. The following three years i was promoted as a former , supervicing residential projects and highend houses. The next three years i take the supervicer/superintended position working in comercial develoment. Recognized and enforced quality standards through daily inspection of construction sites.Evaluated and recommended new procedures to upgrade and refine existing programs.

• In this job i perform at the same time civil works , underground utilities works and machine operator such as excavators, backhoe , forklift and others .

• During this period of time i worked in this company as a pipe fitting in the fire sprinler system.
