  • For a large Wealth manager, led the 2 years $50m contact center transformation of 2500 associates and 1500 processes into a cloud based straight through processing platform that led to a $200m savings in licenses and maintenance of old legacy systems over 5 years.
  • For a large Financial Services client, led a $40m multiyear program to build a workflow and AWS based finance data hub and enterprise capital management platform to achieve automation of their monthly and quarterly reports for the group CFO.
  • Advised a large, U.S. Wealth Manager in the acquisition of a large discount brokerage, specifically overseeing integration of operational processes between the two firms across 20 functional areas.
