Throughout my journey, I've been at the part of steering company-wide digital transformation initiatives across diverse domains such as Orders, fulfillment, billing and revenue.   • Leading billing and revenue operations in my current role. I have been managing these functions since 2020. During this time the company revenue has quadrupled (2.2B to 8B). My team is responsible for support, enhancements, revenue team initiated project as well as supporting the enterprise initiatives for billing and revenue. A few notable projects.


Project Hercules: This initiative involved reengineering the Opportunity to Billing process and implementing a new platform leveraging SAP, Salesforce, Snaplogic, ironclad, Anaplan, and integrating with numerous custom Microservices-based applications.. I headed billing and revenue tracks.

In this role my team collaborated with sales ops, order fulfillment, AR and revenue team to have E2E flow for billing, non- standard terms, billing plans, process flow then worked with engineering team to build it.

There were multiple interfaces were build for provisioning of SaaS offering via snaplogic and microservice. Managed the interface technically as well as policy wise, what qualifies as fulfillment, how to manage revenue term and failures/retry.

SAP RAR Implementation: This project was to move the IFRS standard 605 to 606. I worked in as BSA in this to take care of SAP SD BoM.

This was to ensure that revenue accounting is correct and at granular level for segment reporting. I also supported comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) and trained 50+ end-users on new SAP RAR functionalities, ensuring seamless adoption.
