as a packer i will grab pallets that would have paperwork including the products that were on the pallet the quantity and location in where they were picked, i had to make sure everything the consumer was asking for was there, repack certain boxes make labels for products. Do reports if the pickers were missing anything or over picked a product , when done with pallet ill grab a pallet jack and put the pallet in a fedex or ups truck. help out with return products.
As the administrative assistant I reach out to caregivers, cna, nurses to update their profiles, paperwork, compliances, I did audits to have it prepare whenever the auditors came in and asked for a specific person and their documents. Have everyone folders organized, must go into excel to create certain grids for the employees my job changed everyday depending what corporate needed , at the time the onsite manager moved on to a different job i had to translate take employees drug test send the results to human resources. take or help out with job applications
as a technical partner everyday i had to get report from night shift log into my computer do a chart for every patient i had for the day once i had everything in order ill go into patient room get their blood pressure, temperatures, respirations etc , look out for call bells help patients to use bathroom change pads clothes if needed, pass out breakfast tray take blood sugars chart their blood sugar how much food or liquid they had token , look out for orders doctors had placed ill do bloodwork or a ekg depending what doctors were asking for .
had to scan my id into scanner, the scanner would automatically tell me what location to go to. once i get to the location ill scan a random shelve for the scanner to know i was in the location then it will tell me how many totes i would need for the order i will then get my cart and totes and continue to pick , eventually i moved to shipping area where i would get a full pallet unwrapped it and throw boxes into a moving line i got trained to become a problem solver, a problem solver would be in charged of finding the reason why a box or bag was kicked out the line then ill produced to reprint label and send it out.
when working in qc i had to walk with a checklist that pickers would drop of at the table then walk to the location where pickers dropped the pallet. i had make sure product that customers were asking for were all on the pallet, had to count product especially if they were small pieces, pack or wrap certain products as well . when done my next step would be to print out the labels put on pallet . i was also trained in the shipping area as a clerk where i would talk to truck drivers take their information down tell them where to park to drop off or pick up load. print out paperwork for the loaders
