    • Maintaining top notch organizational skills to expedite funding, as well as accounting and title processes
    • Focusing on improvement month after month, setting standards higher than previous, adapting to failures and evolving to overcome, and staying in tune with customer environment to achieve goals, six days a week, using every tool available to raise performance indicators to personal and professional expectations
