I have accumulated a lot of work experience over the years. I've been working since I was a little kid, helping my brother in his plumbing company to when I started working in the tile industry with my brother-in-law. I've been back and forth with different companies but one of the reasons why is because I was going to school trying to get my high school diploma. When I had vacation time, I would ask these companies if they had work for me and they would give me work for the same reason they knew I was a hard worker. My last year of high school I finished it quick and during the time I had off I started working with a tile company and I expanded my knowledge and skills because it was a full time job. I Moved to texas and I found a tire shop where I was able to learn my communication skills with different customers. I became a Tire Technician with a track record of enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective team management and communication. I was promoted to manager within two months, showcasing leadership and dedication. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, skilled in customer service, sales, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on safety compliance and problem-solving.
