• Developed a Full-Stack IoT traffic management system integrating an ESP32 microcontroller with a mobile application to simulate real-world intersection logic.
• Built a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter that allows users to track traffic light status and sensor data in real-time.
• Engineered a Node.js backend server using Web Sockets to facilitate low-latency, bi-directional communication between hardware sensors and the mobile interface.
• Configured and wired hardware components, including ESP32, line tracking sensors, and PIR motion sensors, to detect vehicle presence and adjust signal timing dynamically.
