I am a person-centered, community mental health social worker using an anti-oppression lens to support folks in reaching their goals. My lived experience as a biracial, fat, queer, trans, nonbinary, polyamorous, disabled, and neurodivergent person allows me to access a wealth of empathy and compassion that lends itself well to this work. I believe every person is the expert on their lives, and the relationship I build with the people I work with is a vehicle for healing, change, and acceptance.
